About Deviant Idea

Are you familiar with deviantArt?

According to its creators, it’s a great website to share your art, be it paintings, poetry, comics or short stories and keep in touch with other aspiring artists.

Unfortunately, what it was forced to mutate into is merely a shadow of its former self, if it ever was innocent.

As for now, deviantArt is a wretched wasteland filled with self-absorbed brats who isolate themselves from any form of constructive criticism and produce anything offensive from hideous characters over disgusting fetishes to insultingly stupid journal entries completely void of anything remotely similar to pleasantness. In other words, deviantArt has become a MySpace with less glitter and more MS Paint.

But there is hope.

When all is thought to be lost, all the childish crybabies rule over the dA-populace with their sub-par substitution for art and all the rational people have been banned for wrong accusations of being mean, a group of 4 (number may vary) bored and apparently masochistic brave men stand up to face the horrors that lurk in the wicked realms of one of the worst parts of the internet to hand-pick only the finest in offensive imagery; drawings so bad, they make you laugh, comments so dumb, they make you cry and people so narcissistic they make you do both simultaneously.

They are the knights of decency, the avengers of virtue, the soldiers of quality and the mercenaries of dignity.

They are Deviant Idea.
